2.4 Automatically Masked Data

Any personally identifiable information (PII) shared through the chat widget is automatically detected, masked, and never stored in identifiable form.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Large Language Model Providers

We integrate with the following LLM services:

  • OpenRouter
  • OpenAI
  • Google Gemini

These providers process query data to generate responses. We do not share personally identifiable information with these providers, and conversations are anonymous.

5.2 Data Sharing

  • We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties
  • We may share anonymized, aggregated data for research or improvement purposes
  • We will disclose information only when required by law or to protect our rights

6.1 Account Data

Personal account information is retained as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services.

Uploaded documents and their vector representations are retained until you delete them or terminate your account.

6.3 Chat Data

Anonymous chat conversations are retained for analytics purposes for a maximum of 2 years.
